Ddoxe offers a convenient return and exchange policy. Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase by presenting the original receipt, provided the products are in original condition. Returns must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with the invoice. Products with a damaged box or shoes will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchange Terms:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock.
- Any price difference will be charged at the time of exchange.
- No exchange or refund is applicable on SALE products.
- Exchanges for sale items are only applicable for size and color changes after the sale period ends.
The company’s decision will be final in all cases.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, you will receive a payment voucher after deducting applicable charges. The voucher can be redeemed for any Ddoxe product.
International Orders:
Refunds on international orders may take up to 21 days or more, depending on our banking partner.
Exchange Shipping Charges:
All exchange items will only incur shipping charges. If customers choose a different product, they will need to pay the price difference and shipping charges.
Maintenance Policy:
To apply for maintenance, send your product to our warehouse. Ddoxe will attempt to fix the product using available accessories and return a fresh product. Customers will be responsible for the shipment charges when sending and receiving the product.
